At Cronos Watch Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
